We’re deeply committed to supporting local and small-scale businesses. Every ingredient is sourced with intention—from trusted merchants who either grow them locally or import directly from their countries of origin.

For example, our black seed oil comes straight from Saudi Arabia, while our Argan oil is sourced from a family-owned farm in Morocco with fresh shipments arriving regularly. We also partner with small farmers and local herbalists for our herbs, ensuring everything we use is fresh, pure, and ethically sourced.

Our jars and bottles are made of glass to preserve product integrity and protect your hair. While some lids may contain plastic, we’re committed to reducing waste wherever possible.

Orders are processed within one business day if in stock. Pre-sale items ship within two weeks or sooner, with timely updates sent your way.

Our products are crafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality. For example, our oils are infused for a minimum of three weeks to extract the fullest nutrients. While we’re constantly working to restock, we’ll provide an estimated availability date on the product page if an item sells out. If a batch is nearly complete, we may offer a pre-sale so you don’t miss out.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once the outer seal has been broken. We kindly recommend reviewing the ingredients before purchasing to ensure they are suitable for you.
